  • Well, except for the fact that keto is short for ketogenic, not ketosis. Ketosis is a metabolic state, but a ketogenic way of eating isn’t all about being in ketosis. Keto is an anti-inflammatory diet that eliminates sugar, grains, starches, legumes, processed oils, etc. So, technically, there are some foods and ingredients that aren’t keto.
