Deets: massaged kale with olive oil/salt/pepper; steamed cauliflower rice tossed with lime juice and cilantro, chopped mango, chopped avocado, shredded crimson cabbage, mandolined cucumbers and radishes, sashimi grade salmon marinated in coconut aminos and sesame oil, scallions, sesame seeds and spicy cashew dressing. DRESSING: 1/four cup cashew butter (I used @georgiagrinders), juice of 1 lime, three tablespoon coconut aminos, 1 teaspoon fish sauce, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1/2-1 teaspoon sriracha, three tablespoon coconut milk, half teaspoon grated ginger, 1 clove minced garlic. BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER UNTIL SMOOTH.
