CHESSY GARLIC & PARMESAN GREEN BEANS: 1 pound inexperienced beans, ends trimmed • 2 tbsp. butter, melted (can sub olive oil) • 2 tablespoons contemporary parmesan cheese shredded • 1-2 tablespoon minced garlic • 3/Four tsp. salt • 1/Four teaspoon contemporary cracked black pepper • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded (or extra parmesan).

HEALTHY INSTANT POT RISOTTO: 2 cups rooster broth or bone broth (substitute vegetable broth for vegetarian)
1/Four cup ghee or unsalted butter
1 shallot minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup arborio rice
3/Four tsp. sea salt
1/Four tsp floor black OR white pepper
half – 3/Four cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

1. Flip Immediate Pot on “SAUTE” mode. When scorching, add 2 tablespoons ghee (or butter). As soon as the ghee has melted add the shallot and prepare dinner for about 2 minutes, stirring regularly. Add garlic and prepare dinner till aromatic.
