• CREAMY CAULIFLOWER RICE RISOTTO:
four cups riced cauliflower (recent or frozen)
1 tablespoon garlic ghee (can sub butter or vegan butter)
three tablespoons cream cheese (dairy-free or common)
1 cup white cheddar cheese (dairy-free cheese for vegan)
1/four cup parmesan cheese
salt & pepper to style
– In a big pan, soften butter or ghee over medium excessive warmth; stir in riced cauliflower and cook dinner 5-7 minutes, or till cauliflower is tender. Cut back warmth and stir in cheeses. Season with salt, pepper, and dried basil (optionally available).
• SPICY GARLIC SHRIMP: season shrimp with cajun seasoning + paprika, then sauté in garlic ghee till pink and barely crispy.
• GRILLED BROCCOLINI: drizzle broccolini with avocado and season with sea salt + pepper; pan-grill for ~5 minutes/aspect.
